Jerome has 17 years of aerospace industry experience and more than 10 years of sales experience, with proven leadership capabilities and growth. He has successfully led Align Europe for more than three years and previously served in a variety of leadership positions at Ingersoll Rand, Alcoa Fastening Systems, and Thales.

Mike McDonald, SVP Operations and GM of Align Americas

Mike has more than 30 years of operational management experience, with 15 years in industrial and aerospace fasteners.  He has held several leadership roles in supply chain, sales management, and procurement.

Ian Cohen, SVP and Chief Financial Officer

Ian has more than 25 years of finance experience, majority of which were spent in a leadership role.  He has 6+ years in the aerospace industry.

Gavin Rao, SVP Business Development China

Gavin has more than 20 years of aerospace industry experience in customized supply chain programs and distribution operations.

Matt Connor – VP Sales & Marketing

Matt has more than 15 years of experience in customized supply chain programs, kitting, distribution programs and procurement, with 5 years in the aerospace industry.
